New York Cannabis Application Window Closes December 18; Prince Lobel Tye LLP Can Help You Apply

November 22, 2023

The New York application window for Cannabis cultivators, processors, distributors, dispensaries, and microbusinesses was recently extended to December 18, 2023, so it’s not too late to apply. Prince Lobel Tye LLP can help you do so, just as it has helped nineteen of its Cannabis dispensary clients complete licensing application filings for land-secured, adult-use retail dispensaries.

Applicants that have secured real estate for indoor cultivation, processing and distribution facilities may continue to submit applications through December 18th, with more application windows slated to open for other license types (for example, delivery and cooperatives) in the coming months. However, a Cannabis applicant doesn’t need to have real estate secured if it is planning to open a dispensary or microbusiness. A provisional license retail dispensary or microbusiness application can be submitted at any time during this extended open application window.

Our firm’s commitment to excellence and comprehensive legal strategies have proven instrumental in navigating the complex landscape of the New York Cannabis application window.
