In Boston Business Journal’s “On Diversity” article, Walter
and Marisa Prince suggest that it’s time to stop talking about diversity, and
instead make intentional, firm decisions to try to ensure that the workplace of
the future is inclusive and reflective of our city. To do so, we need to create
opportunities for our Boston Public School students. By inspiring students
today, we have a chance to help develop tomorrow’s business professionals.
