Michael Xavier will join constitutional scholars and professionals specializing in areas of family law, marriage law, domestic relations, and constitutional law at the New England Law | Boston OUTLaws symposium. The panel discussion will focus on the controversial cases currently before the U.S. Supreme Court, primarily Deboer v. Snyder.
