Adamantia K. Giannakis represents buyers, sellers, and institutions in both residential and commercial real estate matters. She has extensive experience assisting clients with all aspects of financing, leasing, and conveyancing. She also helps clients navigate title and survey issues, as well as land use and permitting matters.
Before entering private practice, Adamantia served as associate counsel at a Fortune 200 company, where she worked on various transactional matters, including the company’s $60 billion merger with another major corporation. Adamantia also has experience in commercial law, corporate governance, securities regulation, and data privacy compliance.
Adamantia received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the American Journal of Law & Medicine. She also interned as a student prosecutor at the Worcester County District Attorney’s office and at the Securities and Exchange Commission. Adamantia earned her B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Boston University.
