Anne-Marie Regan has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in large, complex commercial disputes, with an emphasis on reinsurance and direct insurance coverage and bad faith issues.  She has experience in environmental and toxic tort claims, media and publishing liabilities, and accident and disability claims.  She counsels clients on a variety of privacy issues, as well as claim-handling practices and insurance regulatory matters.

Anne-Marie works closely with clients to resolve disputes efficiently through litigation, arbitration, and mediation.  She has represented clients in state and federal courts across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in numerous jurisdictions throughout the United States.  She has served in a coordinating role, managing claims pending in courts throughout the country, and ensuring consistent quality handling of claims.

Anne-Marie is an active member of the Massachusetts Reinsurance Bar Association, a newly-formed organization focused on the handling of reinsurance disputes.

Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Anne-Marie practiced for 10 years at Morrison Mahoney & Miller, where she was a partner specializing in reinsurance litigation and arbitration, insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, and complex commercial litigation. She began her career at Mendes & Mount in New York City.

Anne-Marie earned her J.D. at Hofstra University School of Law, where she served as articles editor of the Hofstra Labor Law Journal. Prior to that, Anne-Marie studied at the University of Salzburg, Austria. She is proficient in German.
