Eric D. Karlberg’s practice is focused on the design and implementation of sophisticated estate plans to meet the unique and varying needs of his clients. He regularly represents individuals as well as families of multiple generations. As a trusted advisor to his clients, Eric often serves as an independent professional fiduciary, helping to ensure that their goals and wishes are met.
Eric is experienced in trusts and estates litigation and has represented both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in will contests and trust reformation proceedings.
Eric works closely with members of our Domestic Relations Practice Group in the preparation and negotiation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. He also assists on divorce cases which require analysis of complex financial transactions and entities, as well as the division of gifted or inherited assets.
