Gregory A. Pastore is chair of Prince Lobel’s Hospitality Industry and a member of the Real Estate and Corporate groups. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, Greg is an alumni of Tillinghast Collins & Graham, and Hutchins Wheeler & Dittmar, where he focused on corporate and real estate matters.
Greg most recently served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Rubicon Global and led their Legal and Human Resources Departments. While there, he was responsible for negotiating and documenting service agreements with some of the nation’s largest companies. Greg also led the team that remarkably tripled the size of the national sustainability company in less than two years.
Previously, Greg was President, Vice President and General Counsel of Friendly Ice Cream Corporation where he was responsible for all legal, employee relations and security matters for the $600 million, 13,000 employee company. He provided legal and business advice to the company’s board members, implemented a successful plan to protect against hostile shareholder takeover actions and managed Friendly’s SEC compliance program.
A veteran of the hospitality industry, Greg was also vice president, general counsel and secretary for Bertucci’s Corporation. He headed the Development and Legal Departments for the $275 million, 9,500 employee company.
