Kimberley A. Philbin represents wireless communications and media companies in transactional matters, and property owners and businesses in connection with commercial real estate transactions, land use, and environmental matters. She is experienced in negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial and technology contracts in the real estate, communications, and publishing sectors. Kim also handles all real property issues related to renewable energy projects for developers and investors.
Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Kim was in the wireless communications industry, where she participated in an audit of more than 5,000 land leases for an international provider for the wireless, Internet, and broadcasting industries. She was also an in-house attorney for a national real estate investment company headquartered in Massachusetts, where she was involved in almost every aspect of commercial real estate development and management.
