Prince Lobel Adds William S. Rogers, Jr. as Partner

BOSTON, January 3, 2012 – Prince Lobel Tye LLP has added William S. Rogers, Jr. as a partner and Chair of its Nanotechnology Practice Group. Rogers represents a broad array of technology companies, financial services institutions and their representatives, health care institutions and health care providers, product manufacturers, product vendors, product purchasers, construction contractors, and professional service providers in commercial and tort disputes. Before joining Prince Lobel he was a partner at Day Pitney, and Chair of its Nanotechnology Practice Group.

Bill will chair the firm’s multi-disciplinary Nanotechnology Practice Group, which includes attorneys from most of the firm’s traditional practices including Employment, Insurance and Reinsurance, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Environmental, and Corporate law. Attorneys in the Nanotechnology Group work as a team to identify and resolve the unique legal challenges faced by our clients in the nanotechnology field. Bill will also be a member of the firm’s Data Privacy and Security, Construction, Media, and Litigation Practice Groups.
