Prince Lobel Announces Elevation of Two Partners

Prince Lobel Tye is pleased to announce that Heather Gamache and Kristin Kuperstein have been named Partners of the firm.

Heather Gamache joined Prince Lobel in 2014 as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group.  Heather devotes her practice to the representation of insureds and self-insureds in the defense of civil actions in state and federal courts. Heather has significant experience representing clients in a diverse range of industries including insurance companies, railroads, trucking companies, property owners, and medical professionals.  She routinely handles cases involving property damage, premises liability, construction defects, contribution and indemnification, professional liability and catastrophic traumatic injuries. Heather is an active member of the Women’s Bar Association.  She was a member of the 2015-2016 class of the Women’s Leadership Initiative and is a tri-chair of the Law Firm Advancement Committee. On her elevation to partner, Heather said, “I am honored to be named partner at Prince Lobel.  I am excited to take this next step with the firm and look forward to what the future will bring with this opportunity.”

Kristin Kuperstein joined Prince Lobel in 2013 as a member of the Domestic Relations Practice Group. Kristin concentrates her practice exclusively in domestic relations matters.  An experienced advocate, Kristin handles all areas of family law litigation including divorces, alimony and asset division, modification and contempt actions, paternity actions, custody and removal cases, and abuse prevention orders.  She has significant experience dealing with high-conflict custody disputes and children’s issues.  Kristin practiced for the majority of her career as a litigation associate at Nixon Peabody LLP where she represented clients in both state and federal court in a wide range of civil litigation matters including complex commercial disputes, toxic tort, products liability, real estate, and government investigations. More recently, Kristin worked as a research associate for Legal Writing Pro, an internationally-known legal education and consulting firm. Kristin added, “I am excited to take on this new role, and look forward to continuing to grow my practice at Prince Lobel.”
