Bill Rogers presented at the 2019 RSA Data Security Conference, where he discussed “Global Regulatory Trends in Privacy and Cybersecurity for 2019.” Rogers, who was joined by fellow panelists Natasha Kohne and April Doss, spoke about the various data privacy statutes and regulatory legislation recently adopted throughout the U.S. and internationally, comparing and contrasting the different laws and their approaches to topics such as right of access, right to erasure, and breach notification windows.
