On Monday, May 22, partner and chair of the Condominium Law Practice Group Diane R. Rubin will participate in a BBA event entitled “CLE – Troubleshooting Condominium Documents: Rights, Obligations and Potential Conflicts.” Diane will participate in a panel that will cover the basics of condominium documents, including required vs. recommended provisions, how to determine your client is getting what they bargained for, and what sections of condominium documents are most likely to generate conflicts and disputes.
