
On September 15 and 16, Domestic Relations Practice Group co-chair Donald Tye will present at this year’s Advanced Issues in Child Custody Conference, co-sponsored by the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). On the morning of Friday, September 15, Tye will participate in a plenary panel discussion entitled “The Good, the Bad, the Ugly: Considering the Child’s Voice in Family Court Cases.” That afternoon, he will co-present, with attorney Stacey E. Platt of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, on “Child and Parent Representation in High Conflict Custody Cases: On Being and Managing the Child Advocate.” The latter presentation will be repeated on Saturday, September 16.
