On Thursday, July 18, 2019, the Greater Newburyport Bar Association will present their second annual “CLE by the Sea.” The event will offer dedicated lectures on a variety of topics, all aimed at providing “strategic solutions for solos and small law firms.” Tye, whose talk will take place from 10-11 am, will discuss custody evaluations, including how the parent’s counsel should prepare the client for the custodial visit/evaluation and how counsel can direct and cross-examine the Guardian Ad Litem.
