On Tuesday, March 26, 2019, Jennifer Fleming will speak at the MCLE’s “Probate Practice” workshop, which will cover the complex rules of the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code (MUPC) and the Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code (MUTC), and what attorneys need to know to navigate them. Fleming’s talk will take place on the second day of the two-day workshop and will highlight issues in post mortem estate planning.
