Joseph Sano presented at the Suffolk University School of Law Advanced Legal Studies CLE program, “Advanced Issues in E-Discovery.” His presentation, “What to Do When Litigation Starts: Preservation Issues, Initial Disclosure and the Initial Conference,” addressed the duty to preserve electronically stored information, the extent to which the preservation net must be cast, and best practices for implementing and updating litigation hold notices, among other topics. Joining him in the presentation were Russell B. Gregg, Counsel for Liberty Mutual’s Complex and Emerging Risk Claims unit, and Program Co-Chair Neil V. McKittrick of Goulston & Storrs.
