Prince Lobel Media Law Partner Rob Bertsche joins a panel of media lawyers, law professors, and journalists to discuss Justice Samuel Alito’s many decisions involving “the meaning and application of the First Amendment’s guarantee of  the freedom of speech.”  His decisions have encompassed issues such as hate speech, campaign finance reform, offensive ideas and images, government speech, and more.
