Kathryn Stone will present at MCLE’s “Practicing With Professionalism” event on Monday, November 13. This one-day professionalism course is mandatory for all newly appointed lawyers in the Commonwealth, as stated in SJC Rule 3:16. The event will include a review of the Massachusetts court system, a lecture on Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct, and sessions on cultural competency, pro bono work, and managing the attorney-client relationship.
