At a conference of the Society of Professional Journalists, Prince Lobel partner Robert A. Bertsche joined a panel of top media attorneys discussing the topic Anonymity, Liability and Accountability: Emerging First Amendment Issues in Cyberspace. They discussed the cutting-edge legal issues facing journalists and speakers on the Internet.
