Robert A. Bertsche on Panel at Society of Professional Journalists Conference

At a conference of the Society of Professional Journalists, Prince Lobel partner Robert A. Bertsche joined a panel of top media attorneys discussing the topic Anonymity, Liability and Accountability: Emerging First Amendment Issues in Cyberspace. They discussed the cutting-edge legal issues facing journalists and speakers on the Internet.

According to their website, The Society of Professional Journalists is “the nation’s most broad-based journalism organization, dedicated to encouraging the free practice of journalism and stimulating high standards of ethical behavior.” Their mission is “dedicated to the perpetuation of a free press as the cornerstone of our nation and our liberty.”
