Rob Schlein joined a well-known panel of senior legal experts for this MCLE program. According to MCLE, “representations, warranties, indemnity agreements, and insurance provisions can be some of the most complicated, and least understood, clauses negotiated in real estate transactions-regardless of whether the deal involves an acquisition, disposition, lease, or loan.”
Program attendees learned the answers to all the questions they wanted to ask-or did not know they should ask-from a panel of experienced practitioners. Participants had the opportunity to “develop their experiential knowledge by learning from the panel of experts, not on their next deal.”
