On Friday, September 28, the MCLE will present a program on “Courtroom Presence,” with sessions covering all aspects of trying cases before a judge or jury, from pre-trial conferences to closing arguments. Founding partner Walter Prince will sit on a panel discussing “Direct Examination and Evidence.” Topics will include how to handle problems from opposing counsel, how to engage the jury, how to present evidence, especially when there is a significant volume of it, how to argue objections, and more.
