Jonathan DeBlois, Patrick Fitch, Robert Gilman and Matthew Vella have been selected to join the 2026 IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders list. This annual list recognizes leading intellectual property professionals around the world, including in-house counsel, attorneys in private practice, and service-provider professionals. Professionals are selected for the list based on their high level of knowledge and client service after a nomination period and interviews.
Jonathan DeBlois focuses his practice on litigation involving patent, trademark and copyright infringement, as well as portfolio monetization strategy and licensing. He works with clients to identify underutilized or undervalued assets and through collaboration with global partners, litigation funders and technology experts creates target-specific monetization programs.
Patrick Fitch has established himself as a go-to strategist and outside counsel for devising and executing creative and successful approaches to clients’ intellectual property enforcement efforts. Pat helps inventors and innovative companies build, protect, and monetize their intellectual property portfolios.
Robert Gilman serves as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Bob’s practice focuses on intellectual property with a particular emphasis on patent litigation. He has secured favorable judgments and settlements in cases before the Federal Circuit and the busiest patent venues across the country.
Matthew Vella is Co-Chair of its Intellectual Property Practice Group. Over his 25-year career, Matt has led patent licensing and litigation teams that have generated over a billion dollars in revenues from patent portfolios covering a wide range of technology fields.
