Hospitals Stuck When Indigent Victims Need Pricey Care

The Las Vegas Sun has published an article that asks whether a public hospital can sue a perpetrator for the medical bills of an assault victim.

Prince Lobel Partner Thomas M. Elcock states that “public hospitals might be able to make a valid claim against the perpetrator if a large amount of unpaid medical bills is at stake.”
