Prince Lobel welcomes Joseph P. Calandrelli as a partner in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. Joe has a diverse litigation practice that focuses on litigation matters in the business, real estate, and construction spaces.
Businesses call on Joe to handle litigation matters involving shareholder disputes, corporate governance, non-compete agreements, and trade secret misappropriation, contract disagreements and disputes related to fiduciaries and trusts.
Joe also handles a wide array of matters for his real estate and construction clients. He represents clients in commercial lease disputes, appeals before municipal permitting authorities, title-related matters, and in cases involving mechanic’s liens and construction defects.
Joe noted, “A law firm is only as good as its lawyers and staff, and Prince Lobel’s team is second to none. I’m excited to be joining a firm that is well positioned with a deep bench of talented lawyers that will allow me to deliver exceptional legal services to my current and future clients.”
“Joe is an important addition to our Business Litigation Practice Group,” said Managing Partner Craig Tateronis. “He will enable us to improve upon Prince Lobel’s ability to deliver high-level client service to litigation clients, but especially those in the real estate and construction industries and we are glad to welcome Joe back to the firm,” he added.
Joe earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
