Joe Sano was a trial advisor in the 2009 Harvard Winter Trial Advocacy Workshop for a trial heard on January 23, 2009. As a trial advisor, Joe worked with a team of two Harvard Law School students who prepared and eventually presented a case before a volunteer judge and mock jury in the Federal District Court in Boston. Thereafter the trial advisors for the competing legal teams and the volunteer judge provided an in-depth critique of the student lawyers trial performances.
