Michael P. Ross’ Permitting Work for 32 Derne Street Featured in Wicked Local Boston

Just a block away, Suffolk University sold the Fenton Building and its Annex at 28-32 Derne St., between Joy Street and Ridgeway Lane, for $15 million July 15 to Derne Street Partners, an affiliate of Atlas Investment Group LLC.
