Michael P. Ross Quoted in Boston Globe on “No More Than Four” Student Housing Law

The head of Boston’s Inspectional Services Department has stated the city rule of  “four-or-more unrelated undergraduates students can not be living together in off-campus apartments” needs to be rewritten.

Our attorney and former city councilor Michael Ross, who helped create the “no more than four” rule, shares his opinion on the matter.
