Pasquale DeSantis, a partner in Prince Lobel’s Domestic Relations Practice Group, has been selected as an arbitrator for the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Fee Arbitration Board.
The Fee Arbitration Board is organized primarily to help resolve legal fee disputes between attorneys, and between attorneys and their clients. Arbitrators are selected by a standing committee of the Mass Bar Association, which selects a handful of attorneys from the hundreds of applications they receive each year. Arbitrators are asked to volunteer their services a minimum of four times per year.
