Adam C. Ponte is litigator who represents businesses and individuals in various matters including business litigation, construction disputes and risk management, real estate disputes, and employment litigation. Adam also has significant expertise in handling trust and estate litigation, where he has represented both trustees and beneficiaries before various probate and family courts. In his construction practice, Adam negotiates both commercial and residential construction agreements and has litigated on behalf of developers, owners, and contractors. He also has experience with licensing, zoning, and permit matters.
Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Adam practiced for three years at one of the ten oldest firms in the nation, a mid-size firm based in Central Massachusetts, where he focused on business litigation, construction law, and insurance defense. Two years prior to that position, Adam practiced at a boutique litigation firm based in Boston. Adam was also a summer associate with Collora LLP in Boston and served as a law clerk with The Kraft Group in Foxborough, MA. During law school, Adam interned with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, Cyber Protection Unit.
Before attending law school, Adam worked as a Business Technology Consultant with Accenture LLP, Comcast Corporation, and NBCUniversal. Adam received his law degree from Boston University School of Law. He received his B.A. in Political Science and Mandarin Chinese from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, where he served as class president.
