Doug is a member of Prince Lobel’s Business Transactions  Practice Group. His practice focuses primarily on assisting emerging growth companies with entity formation, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, contract preparation and review, contractual disputes and other general corporate matters. Doug has worked with a diverse range of clients including drone manufacturers, beverage makers, restaurateurs and software companies.

Doug graduated from Boston College Law School, where he participated in the Community Enterprise Clinic where he helped local entrepreneurs draft corporate documents.

Doug was raised on a dairy farm in northern Vermont, and off hours, he enjoys traveling, hitting the slopes for a day of skiing, and spending time with his Swedish Vallhund.
