Political Discrimination – Puerto Rico

Prince Lobel’s clients, two insurance agents in Puerto Rico, received a jury award of $4.7 million on their claim that the defendants, Puerto Rico tax officials, investigated and sanctioned them for purported Insurance Code violations solely due to their political affiliation.
