Prince Lobel has achieved Midsize Mansfield Certification Status for the 2023-2024 period.
According to Diversity Lab, which runs the Mansfield Certification Program, Mansfield assists in verifying that everyone has a fair and equal chance to progress into a leadership position. Firms go through a multi-step process to become Mansfield Certified. They dedicate themselves to including at least 30% of historically underrepresented lawyers for opportunities, along with other steps which include increasing transparency and sharing knowledge with other firms through the yearlong certification period. There are several different cohorts of the Mansfield Certification. Prince Lobel participates in the midsize cohort for law firms with 25-150 lawyers.
