Prince Lobel Adds Breadth and Depth with Addition of Six New Attorneys

Prince Lobel Tye LLP has added six attorneys to its litigation practice group.  William Burke, John Lawler, Brian McMenimen, Jeffrey Rotella, Heather Gamache, and Cailin Burke join Prince Lobel from the Boston office of Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C.

William Burke is a veteran and an accomplished trial lawyer and joins the firm as a partner in the litigation group.   Bill has experience in a wide range of areas, including products, professional and general liability cases, criminal defense, transportation/common carrier suits, and insurance and commercial matters.  Bill supports the Atask and the Greenway and is a member of the Library Association of Boston and DRI.

John Lawler, a civil litigator who has obtained numerous defense verdicts for a broad range of clients over the last 10 years, also joins Prince Lobel as a partner in the litigation practice.  John represents a broad range of clients, including institutional and individual clients in the construction, manufacturing, and insurance fields.  John recently retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps after 30 years of active duty and reserve service.  John is a trustee at Thayer Academy.

On joining Prince Lobel, Burke remarked, “Prince Lobel is a firm with a highly regarded trial practice.  We recognized immediately that this combination will provide us with a unique opportunity to scale our practice.”  Lawler added, “The legal environment in Boston continues to evolve.  Prince Lobel offers us the ability to practice in an entrepreneurial setting where the needs of the clients are paramount.  The firm’s client-first mentality will serve us well as we continue to grow our client relationships.”

Brian McMenimen joins Prince Lobel as counsel.  A former prosecutor, Brian is an accomplished litigator and highly recognized criminal defense attorney.  Brian is an active member of the ACLU and the Irish-American Partnership.

Jeffrey Rotella joins Prince Lobel as a litigation partner.  Jeff’s practice includes commercial disputes, construction law, insurance coverage, and products liability litigation.  Jeff is also an active volunteer and fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Heather Gamache joins Prince Lobel as a litigation associate.  Heather has successfully represented clients in a wide range of industries, including insurance companies, railroads, trucking companies, property owners and medical professionals.  She has proven herself proficient in cases involving property damage, premises liability, construction defects, professional liability, and traumatic injuries.  Heather is a board member of the The Patrick Lyndon School Site Council and serves as a pro bono attorney for the Women’s Bar Foundation’s Family Law Project for Battered Women.

Cailin Burke joins Prince Lobel as a litigation associate.  Cailin’s practice will include products, professional and general liability cases and insurance and commercial matters.  Cailin is an active volunteer for Circle of Health International.
