Prince Lobel Client Cultivate Holdings Opens State’s First Adult Use Cannabis Facility

November 20, 2018

Prince Lobel Tye LLP congratulates its client Cultivate Holdings LLC on opening one of Massachusetts’s first adult use marijuana retail, cultivation, and production facility at 1764 Main Street in Leicester, MA.

The Cultivate team opened its doors at 8:00 am today, Tuesday, November 20, 2018, in what has become a historic moment within the industry.  Cultivate joins New England Access Treatment Center as the first retailers to open in the Commonwealth.

This represents another first for Prince Lobel’s Cannabis Team.  In 2014, the team successfully permitted Boston’s first medical marijuana dispensary on Milk Street in downtown Boston.

The Cannabis Team has continued to make gains for its clients in the Massachusetts market and believes that there is ample opportunity for others to make headway in this industry.

Prince Lobel is honored to represent Cultivate Holdings LLC, an exemplary operator within the industry, and congratulates the entire Cultivate team on this outstanding achievement, including attorney Daniel Glissman, who has taken the lead on this representation.
