Prince Lobel Team of Michael Ross, Daniel Glissman, Julie Barry, and John Markey Attributed by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly on Boston’s First Approval for Medical Marijuana Dispensary

August 19, 2015

Boston’s approval of the first medical marijuana dispensary is attributed to the extraordinary work of the Prince Lobel team including Michael Ross, Daniel Glissman, and Partners Julie Barry, and John Markey. Ross stated that the team’s efforts along with a client “willing to say ‘yes’ to so many things” have been attributed to Boston’s first approval of a medical marijuana dispensary. Patriot Care received the city’s first conditional use permit to open its doors for a medical marijuana dispensary in the upcoming year. Ross noted that since Boston has such a high threshold to meet, getting approval made things even more complicated. For more information on to whom the first-floor space at 21 Milk Street’s dispensary will go to, read here.
