Prince Lobel’s Cannabis Social Equity Assistance

June 18, 2021

Prince Lobel is excited to announce its new support program for Social Equity cannabis applicants. The firm’s cannabis practice group has represented both traditional and Social Equity clients throughout the industry since 2014, developing a strong track record in bringing these businesses to life. Now it is offering free assistance to qualified Social Equity applicants in connection with their applications.

On Thursday, June 17, 2021, the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission announced that it will be releasing applications for its next cohort for its Social Equity program. That program allows qualified participants to gain valuable resources, training, and experience in the industry, as well as eligibility for the delivery license program.

In order to apply, Social Equity applicants must meet certain eligibility requirements and complete an online application through the webpage link below that will open on Monday, June 21st.

It is important to Prince Lobel attorneys that the barriers to participation in the cannabis industry be lowered, and that qualified Social Equity applicants be afforded opportunities like this.

Prince Lobel looks forward to helping qualified individuals gain access to this new industry.  Its services will be provided pro bono.
