Mike Ross and Prince Lobel’s Cannabis Team achieved another victory for a client this week, successfully convincing the Boston Planning and Development Agency to remove language in a Boston Zoning Code amendment that would have prevented existing cannabis clients from opening facilities in certain locations near places where “children commonly congregate.” The removal of this language will allow our clients more leeway in terms of where they are able to locate their businesses. Prince Lobel’s Cannabis Team continues to regularly help guide both zoning and regulatory policies at the state level.
