Business Litigation

AiVi Nguyen is a partner in Prince Lobel’s Business Litigation Practice Group.

AiVi represents businesses in a range of industries from healthcare to breweries throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. She focuses her practice on complicated real estate, contract, and employment disagreements. AiVi is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer. She is also a strong mediator, litigator and problem solver. In addition to representing businesses, AiVi has also represented attorneys in disciplinary cases before the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers.

AiVi’s goal is to help clients avoid litigation. In order to achieve this goal, she advises clients on day-to-day business matters.

AiVi is a member of the Worcester Business Journal‘s Power 50 Class of 2019 and Class of 2020. She was a recipient of the Outstanding Women in Business Award from the Worcester Business Journal in 2017. She also received the YWCA of Central Massachusetts Katharine F. Erskine Award for Business & Law in 2016. She is very involved in her hometown of Worcester. AiVi is a former board chair of Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center and the United Way of Central Massachusetts.

She earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
