Alyssa H. Ruderman is a member of Prince Lobel’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. In this role she will focus on patent litigation.

Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Alyssa was a patent litigation attorney for Fisch Sigler LLP in New York City, and a litigation associate for Tenenbaum Berger & Shivers LLP in Brooklyn, New York.

While attending The University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, Alyssa was a legal extern for the New Hampshire Supreme Court, Attorney Discipline Office and also a Rule 36 Student Attorney for the University of New Hampshire School of Law Criminal Practice Clinic, where she managed misdemeanor and felony charges in more than 100 cases in district and superior courts statewide. She was also executive editor and on the Managing Board of the University of New Hampshire Law Review, secretary of the Student Bar Association, class chair of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association, president of Hillel, treasurer of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and a mentor with the Merrimack County Juvenile Diversion Program.

Alyssa is a graduate of the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law (J.D.) and is admitted to practice in New York State and New Jersey. Alyssa’s undergraduate degree is a dual Bachelor of Science degree in biology and psychology from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
