Ashley Tan

Ashley is an associate in the Real Estate Group and focuses on development, zoning, leasing and commercial transactions.  She has experience on both the legal and business side in negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, brokerage agreements and commercial financing documents.  Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Ashley negotiated large residential housing agreements and also was a Legal Fellow in the Massachusetts Land Court.

Ashley graduated magna cum laude from New York University and received her law degree from the Boston University School of Law.  While at Boston University School of Law, Ashley was Note Editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine, Treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and a founding board member of the Boston Chapter of Taiwanese American Professionals.

Ashley is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
