Christopher Redmond is an associate in Prince Lobel’s Real Estate practice group. He represents individuals, lenders and corporations in all aspects of real estate transactions and is experienced in drafting purchase and sale agreements and condominium documents, including amendments and conversions. He also prepares and reviews title examinations and title memoranda and finds solutions to resolve title discrepancies and fix improper title manners. Christopher has created title insurance commitments, policies, and endorsements for both residential and commercial properties. He also works on real estate law litigation matters, including disputes involving landlord-tenant law and disputes between condominium associations and individual unit owners. Christopher is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
Christopher holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School where he was on the Dean’s List. While in law school, Christopher worked for a downtown Boston boutique law firm specializing in real estate where he later joined as an Associate Attorney upon being admitted to the Bar. He is also a graduate of Nazareth College holding a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry.
He is a member of the Massachusetts LGBT Bar Association (2017-Present); the Massachusetts Bar Association (2017-Present); and the Boston Bar Association (2017-Present). He is also a member of the Museum Council for the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
