Colin is an associate in Prince Lobel’s Business Litigation practice group.
Colin drafts pleadings, discovery requests and responses, substantive motions and memoranda of law, and settlement agreements in state and federal court cases. He also performs legal research and drafts memoranda regarding complex issues in a wide variety of business litigation matters, including breach of contract, trade secrets, and construction defects. Colin also conducts internal investigations for businesses in advance of litigation to assess potential liability and manages e-discovery in complex commercial litigation cases.
Colin was previously at Demeo LLP, a Boston litigation boutique. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable George A. O’Toole, Jr. of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
He was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in November 2016.
Colin holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in government and psychology from Connecticut College.
