Colin is an associate in Prince Lobel’s Business Litigation practice group.

In his previous position at Demeo LLP, a Boston litigation boutique, he drafted pleadings, discovery requests and responses, substantive motions and memoranda of law, and settlement agreements in state and federal court cases. He also performed legal research and drafted memoranda regarding complex issues in a wide variety of business litigation matters, including breach of contract, post-merger disputes, trade secrets, and construction defects. Colin also conducted internal investigations for businesses in advance of litigation to assess potential liability and managed e-discovery in complex commercial litigation cases.
After law school, he clerked for the Honorable George A. O’Toole, Jr. of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
While in law school, he was a legal intern at Rockland Trust Company in the Office of General Counsel; at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue; and at the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers.

He was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in November 2016.
