Craig M. Tateronis is Prince Lobel’s managing partner, leading the creation and implementation of the firm’s strategic business plan, mission, and community outreach efforts.

Prince Lobel has consistently been named a “Best Law Firm” in national and Boston-area tiers, and the firm’s attorneys are regularly included as “Best Lawyers,” “Super Lawyers,” and in the Martindale Hubbel listing of preeminent lawyers in the U.S. Craig has been acknowledged in the “Top 20 Managing Partners in Massachusetts” list published by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly in 2024 and 2025.

Under Craig’s leadership, Prince Lobel has been recognized for its diversity and inclusion initiatives. The firm has achieved Midsized Mansfield Certification status, has received the “Leader in Diversity” award from the Boston Business Journal in the area of “Corporate Social Responsibility” and has been honored with the Rosoff Workplace Diversity Award.

Craig has guided Prince Lobel’s efforts to be socially active and to play a greater role in the community. To that end, the firm has received the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Excellence in Pro Bono Work Award. He supports and encourages the firm’s attorneys and staff as they continue to play a role in the community, from volunteering, to serving on committees and boards that serve the legal and business community as well as communities at large in the Greater Boston area.

Craig is recognized as a leading practitioner in real estate, telecommunications and renewable energy. A member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group, his practice encompasses a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters–many at the forefront of Boston’s burgeoning growth. As a trusted advisor to clients, Craig counsels institutional property owners, developers, tenants, lenders, and investors in sales and acquisitions, permitting, leasing, and financing transactions.

In his telecommunications practice, Craig is seen as a go-to attorney representing wireless carriers in connection with all aspects of their network development activities. Craig has counseled wireless clients regarding site acquisition and municipal permitting work throughout New England and New York. He successfully challenged the decisions of municipalities in approximately 70 cases under the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. He has represented wireless carriers in connection with national build-to-suit, tower disposition, and sale-leaseback transactions and led Prince Lobel Telecommunications, a turnkey wireless development company that identified, entitled and constructed over 400 wireless telecommunications sites for the firm’s wireless communications clients.

Craig also founded Prince Lobel Renewables, which offers hands-on legal and project management services to property owners, developers, businesses, cities, and towns that are planning a renewable energy project. Prince Lobel Renewables has assisted clients in the planning, development, financing, and construction of dozens of solar energy projects ranging from 40 kW to 2 MW throughout New England.

Craig serves on Prince Lobel’s Conflicts, EEO, Intake, Social, and Wellness committees. He also chairs the firm’s Management Committee.
