Daniel J. McGonagle

Dan McGonagle has experience as a trial lawyer in a wide variety of intellectual property and complex business disputes, but concentrates his practice on patent infringement litigation.  He has handled cases involving technologies ranging from cellular telephones and networks to software registration.

Dan is experienced in all phases of litigation, including summary judgment motions and trial preparation.  He regularly manages cases in several judicial districts.

A U.S. Army veteran, Dan served on active duty as a truck commander on multiple combat missions, during which he provided medical support and removed captured enemy caches.  He was awarded the Combat Action Badge, Army Commendation Medal, and Army Achievement Medal for leadership.

During college at Suffolk University, Dan was on the Dean’s High Honors List and was a member of the Delta Alpha Pi Society and Phi Alpha Theta, cum laude.  He has volunteered as a mentor and tutor to Boston Public School students through the Steppingstone Foundation.
