Dayna Mucci is an associate in Prince Lobel’s Business Transactions practice group. Dayna specializes in the representation of start-up and emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles, with a focus on venture capital financings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance. She represents a wide variety of clients across various sectors, including biotechnology, life sciences, software, and energy.

Dayna holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University.  While attending law school, Dayna served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals and interned in the Financial Unit of the United States Attorney’s Office.
