Kristin Dulong Kuperstein

Partner and Co-Chair Family Law

Practice Areas

An advocate with twenty years of experience, Kristin concentrates her practice in family law, assisting clients in matters including divorce, paternity, modifications of alimony and child support, custody disputes, removal, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, restraining orders, and guardianships.  A substantial portion of Kristin’s practice is devoted to the resolution of high-conflict custody disputes and children’s issues, including the negotiation of parenting plans, removal cases, jurisdictional disputes, and cases involving children with special needs.

Kristin’s clients benefit from her broad professional background.  A former commercial litigator at a multi-national firm, Kristin recognizes and understands how other areas of the law such as tax, securities, real estate, intellectual property, and estate planning may impact the outcome of a family law case.  Knowing that each client’s family law matter is unique, Kristin focuses on developing the right strategy to create a successful resolution tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Kristin values client relationships and works closely with clients throughout her representation.  She provides practical advice, helping clients to set goals and develop sound legal strategy.  As an experienced trial lawyer and zealous advocate, Kristin is as comfortable in the courtroom as in the conference room.  She has achieved favorable results for clients through trials as well as arbitrations, mediations, conciliations, and negotiated resolutions.

Kristin is a cum laude graduate of Middlebury College and Suffolk University Law School.  While at Suffolk, she served as Executive Editor of the Suffolk Law Review.
