Louis Ciavarra is a partner in Prince Lobel’s Business Litigation Practice Group.

Lou has over forty years of experience as a skilled trial lawyer. He works with national and international businesses and institutions on claims and disputes. Lou assertively represents clients with stakes in the northeast. He handles matters related to intellectual property, business litigation, business disputes, noncompetition claims, securities fraud, trade secret protection, and breach of contract claims and has successfully tried many cases in federal and state courts.

He previously served as the Managing Partner of a Massachusetts law firm.

Lou earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School where he graduated cum laude. He received his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.
