Madison D. Clausius

Madison Clausius is an associate in Prince Lobel’s Business Transactions group.

Madison represents emerging companies primarily in the life science space assisting with venture financings, entity formation, contract review and other corporate governance matters. Madison also supports several pro bono initiatives including assisting founders in the Boston area with formations and general corporate work.

Madison earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law and her B.S. in Biology from the University of Missouri.
