Mary Donahue concentrates her practice in domestic relations law, assisting clients in matters including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, asset division, paternity, and modification.
Mary joined the firm as a law clerk in the domestic relations practice during her third-year of law school, affording her invaluable experience and training on complex issues in all aspects of family law. She is a dedicated advocate for clients and approaches each situation with compassion and responsiveness.
During law school, Mary served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Northeastern University Law Review and as a research assistant for a professor of the legal research and writing program. Outside of the classroom, Mary was a judicial intern for the Honorable Patti B. Saris, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and served as a student attorney at Greater Boston Legal Services’ Family Law Unit. In that capacity, she represented clients in all aspects of divorce as a Rule 3.03 certified student attorney.
