Regina Chong is an associate in Prince Lobel’s Business Transactions practice group.

She began her legal career as an associate in Hong Kong, advising multinational companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross border corporate and capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.  In addition, she has advised clients in various industries on compliance with Hong Kong’s data protection and data privacy laws.

Regina holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar; a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong; and an LL.B. from BPP Law School in London.  She is also a graduate of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where she received a B.B.A. in marketing and management of organizations.

Regina is admitted to the California State Bar, New York State Bar and is in the process of getting admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.  In addition, she is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong.  She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
